What are the best levels to farm for High tier Rare loot?

    I'm not sure where to find rare loot, but the next level of loot seems to be better than rare loot of the previous level. Rare loot seems to be like a .5 level greater than the regular equipment.

    yea, ive noticed this, i was having problems with the queen [veteran] and was thinking some rare loot would help, but switched to tier 6 gear and had no issues.
