    Well, about the Kafei part I think the manga based already what it can be read in game: the poor guy was celebrating when he found the little imp and got cursed;the only thing is that manga told he ended up 'dizzy' before being transformed.That also reminds me a vid of 'Groose's theme goes with everything' featuring precisely a guy in such 'dizziness' in the middle of a mart.IT'S TOO HILARIOUS XD!

    Do you think if you draw 'dizzy' Kafei you could be reported? Anyway,aside the possible parthenogenesis I could think it's also possible there're some difference between Hyrulean and Terminan Zoras like in Gorons case:here in MM the Goron's can drown underwater,but in TP they're able to breath underwater (at least it's a way to justify the apparent inconsistency between a title and the other :/ )

    Well, in the Gerudo fortress is easy to get lost because it already was changed from the original design,specially when you have to sneak up the guards to get where the soldier with the Stone mask is,right next to the ladder in the middle of the complex. And for Kafei and Anju, I just thought about this scenario during the wedding: A: Darling, you look strange... Aren't enjoying our wedding party?
