Follow up: The temporal tower from Time was corrupted by dark matter, Darkrai was influenced by dark matter and the meteor in Red and blue rescue team was being moved by dark matter. Last one not sure about but the others yes

Follow follow up: When you connect to hydriegon he says "Hey! Long time no see! Huh? You don't remeber me? Oh no!" which implies and indirectly confirms that you are also the same person as in Gates. It also confirms that you are NOT the same as in time/darkness/sky because you go back to the human world in Gates in the post game. (And on top of that it suggests that bittercold may be dark matter

(Follow 2 con't) however this would mean that if you fought against dark matter a long time ago then Rampardos, cofagrigus, swanna, munna&co, Cinccino etc. would not be alive unless they were descendants making gates the first in the timeline, although cofagrigus could still be alive.)
