Arceus and Deoxys?

I have not seen any answers so I must ask, how do I encounter Arceus and Deoxys? This is all I need left for my completionist run. Any hints would be appreciated.

    Go through the Meteorite Crater dungeon on Mist Continent and you'll connect with Deoxys automatically. The dungeon will only have Deoxys enemies in it. After you've connected with every other Pokémon (778 connections), Arceus will post a request to meet him at the top of Destiny Tower on Mystery Continent. It's a 99 floor dungeon with strong enemies, so make sure you're prepared for it.
