    I hear ya, It's not totally unlike halo, gears of war or call of duty. I haven't played an online shooter in almost a decade. But it all comes back, the many hours.

    Same here, I hardly play any online shooters. The last experience I've had was so bad that I never wanted pick one up ever again lol. This game is probably the only shooter that I don't mind to play and it's actually pretty fun.

    Last night was great! I had the highest score in three or four matches in a row, but lost every single one because my team couldn't seem score above 700.

    It can be rough, just gotta hang in until you get a decent team lol. I feel like all the game modes in splatoon are semi-luck based. Except, tower control has no luck as far as I can tell. I think they should make tower control luck based on some level, since teammates are totally unreliable.

    Lol it's a ranked battle. You control a gondola, effectively. You ride the tower all the way into the enemy bases goal. There's tons of splatting and tug of war gameplay going down haha. It's really fun, maybe my favorite game mode.

    Do you mean like sensitivity? Just the standard setting. I pretty much use gyro for aiming up and down, and the right analog stick for left/right.
