I did indeed beat Keldeo Lv50, had to use more items than all of you did... Anyway, for Levels 51-60, Keldo will drop rocks after 3 turns, then throw more for each time you not get a 3+ combo. Once Keldeo does this twice, it'll go back to the countdown timer.

    Deoxys and/or Wobbuffet prove useful in Levels 51-60. Wobbuffet increases damage with more rocks (and/or metal) on the board. Deoxys can replace rocks/metal with other Deoxys. If you missed Wobbuffet, or are not far enough to reach Deoxys, you might have trouble with those levels.
