DLC does not work in Sweden!

Why cant we in Sweden download the DLC in Nintendo E-shop ? This is a OLD game and still 2015 we cant get the DLC! Admins HELP ME!

    I have talk to Nintendo, this is really strange the company that make this game said it will only be DLC in some country's. But if we make a account and say we live in Germany and then buy the game. And go back to our sweden profile. Then it will work and the dlc will come to our profile. Idiot really but works. I will try this later.

    and in Greece on eshop it says Nothing To Buy on the add on content screen.
