    If you have already waited a few days and there is still no baby, go to your Town Hall and check Options. There you will see a baby option, and if you want children then turn it on. If you don't want your islanders to reproduce, turn it off.

    Why has it been over a month? You posted this discussion January 1st, didn't you? If you change the time on your 3DS, then you will have to wait longer because the game doesn't completely adapt to the time.
