    It looks like your missing thr traveler ranking, which ranks visitors by the number of islands they've visited. To get it, you just need to pick up a few more travelers from other islands. (maybe 5?)

    @Mk7pAndy, to get some of them you have to have 2 girl miis, 2 boy miis, have a mii confess their love to someone, and get more than 1 baby on the island.
