    What the hell... My 3ds was just making glitchy high-pitched noise in the middle of making a comment- like, Lavender Town high-pitched. Weird... Anyway, if you feel demotivated, just try it(Whatever it is you feel like working on)- if you stop, you'll lose confidence the less you draw. It happens to me a lot.
