    go to the windfall island, there's a mini quest in a shop in that alcolve with the kids. youll have to take 3 specific pictures to get it. hope that helps!!

    his shop will have a picto box near the door. talk to him and go upstairs. view all photos, go back down and talk again. all three photos needed are on the island! also bring him a glowing ball from the area with the deku tree for a little gift.
