Yet another WIP, this one of a cartoon Lugia (my favorite Pokémon-Deal With It.) I'll probably alter it a bit.

That's one of my favorite memes! XD (and I used to watch Drake and Josh a little when I was a kid) They might be rather small (knowing me and how bad I am with symmetry and proportion XD) but that's fine!
