    sleep.or rather my lack of sleep.could be insomnia.followed by increased irritability and a large increase in my bipolarity.my aggressive behavior is becoming hard to contain (at least i can control where i put it all so if anyone gets hurt its me because i throw something and it bounces or i kick something and stubb my toe) and i was kicked out of vocational which was 3 credits so i cant graduate
