    Hmmm, the most powerful character that I can think of would probably be Sheik, but she lacks kill moves. It depends. If it's a flat stage, Sheik. If it's a stage with a lot of Hollow platforms, Pikachu. If it's a stage with several walls, then it's a tie between Zero Suit and Sheik.

    I've only played against one opponent who used him (and the only version of cloud ive played against), but I would say blackstrappysuit cloud. His attacks seemed to have an excessive amount of priority over most other characters'.
