Chapter 16 in Fire Emblem 7 is a real pain to play if you want to recruit Raven (and re-recruit Lucius) because the unit you need to talk to him with to recruit him (Priscilla) is a healer who can't counterattack at this point in the game, if you take too long in getting up to Raven the Caelin guards will be let out and attack him, and there are bow-wielders everywhere.
