This and Burst go the quality route, Estival goes all out with quantity. I really wanted to like that game, but well... it's terrible. It's extremely shallow and the combat is very clunky, unresponsive and unfulfilling. Hopefully you won't have buyer's remorse if you choose to buy it localized.

Thats surprising to hear! The senran community i'm in seem to love it and frequently have english player online matches. Im not worried though i tend to enjoy alot of games most people dont anyways lol

Oh it's definitely multiplayer-focused. Hell it practically punishes you with tedium and cheapness if you do single-player (just like Smash Bros. 4). I only like single-player games so it didn't do anything for me.
