    Ok so Xander idk if he is the right guy for Beta, cause he doesn't know comp breeding that well as xem or red... Didn't know where the IV Judge was I don't think he has dittos for breeding, and by what he said, it sounds like a 5IV charmander will take a couple of days.. Not good... He's good but not meant for Beta and maybe spec ops, if anyone xem and/or red cont ---->

    Restrict who can test people to You Beta and Warlord... Cause some people we don't even know anything about or their skill level might not be strong enough to make sure people we consider entering the clan is really as good as they are... Just some improvements to make this clan a better one

    Xander is just general of the Spec Ops.The only way I'll make him Beta is if he beats every member he faces.It will be like the NFL playoffs 2people face each other while 2 others do it till the Final Battle.And who ever wins that is beta.I will not pick who I like I will pick who is worthy.I think you have everything under control here so take care of the Clan this weekend.
