  Also, to give a Pokémon PKRS, you have to have a existing Pokémon with it. The PKRS must be active (listed down on the summary screen where status elements are) And the Active Pokémon must be in your party with the Pokémon you want to effect. After awhile, the PKRS will be on that Pokémon too. PKRS will be gone in 2-5 days. There will be a pink smiley face on the Pokémon's Summary Screen to show

  That it was there. PKRS or Pokérus, will raise the effort values (or EVs) of your Pokémon therefore making them stronger. It's the quickest way to Super Train, but it is hard to come by. I got PKRS from leaving a Pokémon in the PC for too long, but PKRS may come when you catch a Pokémon as well.
