Buy as many items as you can afford. Attack up and complexity are the most helpful and are the most expensive. Obviously, use your strongest super effectives, think about their abilities and match as quickly as you can.

Bringing Luxray doesn't help, since the stage has Luxio, not Luxray, and if you do bring Luxio it will be replaced by something less effective most likely.

I use M amphy shaymin zapdos and sceptile. They are all level 6-7 and I was just wondering if it was good since I havent got past vivillion yet.

@Stuart. Oh. I've beaten luxio but not captured it, no wonder I didn't recognize it. @dangermaus. Post vivillon, there may not be anything absolutely necessary for swampert. The best candidates would be gogoat (I'm testing it) and maybe roserade (awfully hard level--beaten but not caught)
