Please Help: Unable to get 3DS theme. u_u,

Hello, Happy New Year. I that you can tell me if there is anything that you can do to help. I purchased your most excellent game on Dec.12. I know that If I purchased the title before Dec.31 that I would enjoy a discount on the title. I would also get a free 3ds theme. But ThemeShop won't let me get the theme at this time. Can you help?

    Is your code not working? In e-shop settings you can view your reciept and get the code for the theme.

    Thanks for the comments. Yes, I did get the code on my receipt. However, there were no instructions listed that said that you only had until Dec31 to "claim" the theme. I did not think that that was the case and waited too late. I'm hoping that Image and Form will have mercy on me and hook me up. As I see it, I don't think that is should be that big of a deal to give an early adopter grace :(

    Did you put the code in the theme shop or the eshop?Only works in the theme shop, and check the Q,O,0 they look very similar.
