    M-Ampharoes takes way longer to Mega evolve rather than M-Gengar and there is no MS so that's why he used M-Gengar

    Yes, as Nevo said, on the first half with an open board Gengar helps wonders both to keep the combo and make matches, and on the 2nd half the combo was so strong that barriers weren't visible ^^
