    yes, but i just got the game and need more parts to create good levels. how do you get the ability to make mario three and mario world levels? all i have is classic and new mario.

    You will unlock these themes (+ the remaining features) automatically as you spent time creating in creative mode. ;) It doesn't take too long though

    You can get these by shaking the semi-platform tiles. Those are the background like tiles, where Mario is able to pass through, and also serve as a platform to stand on. The designs are unique for each theme though ;) but both the underground and castle themes have them as a background effect, in SMB.
