    You have to have a traveler first after that it only works through StreetPass.

    yeah i dont have anyone either. i have 2 travelers and streetpass on! what do i do!?

    Zoe, you have to walk past someone who also has Tomodachi Life and have a traveler who's waiting. And when you do pass that somebody, the Streetpass will do its thing. Hope this helps.
