    Undertale is a Bullet-hełł RPG-style game made by Tobyfox(literally just him) and was inspired by Earthbound so most graphics are a throwback to the good old 90's with a mix of new; He made a Halloween ROM of Earthbound. Undertale is an adventure seen through the eyes of a child(who kinda looks alot like Dora the Explorer) on their quest to leave the underground. Play it, I know you'll LOVE it.
