    Its easy. In edit mode pull Mario into the pipe and he goes inside and BOOM! Instant Warp pipe. However you need to get to a certain point in the game so take that in mind! Happy to help!

    Drag Mario into a Warp Pipe. If it doesn't work, then it's not unlocked. In order to unlock it, just keep creating levels. From the looks of it, you have it unlocked.
