I can never seem to make a cute neutral outfit, i would love to have a blue scarf, and the rest tan and white, a little help?

    Just remember- neutral doesn't always mean übercloth, if it has simple colors or patterns I would call it neutral.

    Try using Soymilk. You know the brand. Most of their stuff is neutral.
