Rayquaza was just before them (now that it's been made largely obsolete by 4 base 80 dragon types [including 2 Megas]) Audino is my first Max Normal Type Mega, and the first Mega in the game. Deoxys is Base 80 with a hand ability. Camerupt and Gigalith have solid power, abillities and type coverage.
