Can we all just agree that Riki is a better character than Tatsu? Reasons: Riki and Tatsu are both comic-relief characters, but unlike Tatsu, Riki has a fair bit of depth to his character that can be seen in Heart-to-Hearts and two certain late-game cutscenes. Riki is playable, and he's probably the best all-around party member in Xenoblade Chronicles barring Seven. Riki is actually funny.

    And then there's Tatsu, who, as far as I'm aware, is only there for turnip jokes.

    If tatsu was a party member and could ride skells with his kamina glasses, then MAYBE he'd be as likable as riki. But as of now, riki is way better.
