Of course, the first Pokémon costume had to be Jigglypuff; a character that should have left the roster in Melee. It's the only one in the original roster that's mostly useless now. I will say this, though; it's not as bad Pichu in Melee. Pichu was bad in every way possible. Any attack it used would hurt itself. It was also the lightest character in the game.
