I just tried out the Galactic Knight's weapons in Xenoblade Chronicles X after leveling up in that class while using the Mastermind's weapons, and I have to say, on Arts selection alone it's possibly one of the best offensive classes in the game. It certainly helps that it has both Starlight Kick and an attack that looks nearly identical to Monado Buster and is just as powerful, too.
