I found out that we can't block him. We can only block our followers that are banned from miiverse for some time.

I bockt him try clicking his profile and go to the uper rigth corner and you'll see a little tool sing it will say block or report so if you block him he'l be on your blockt list ive got like i think two people bockt on my list hes one of them i think i have two people on thair.
