    nope. ive thought about it quite a bit. the stages of grief are projections from the mask... the mask was cast into shadow and it makes sense if the mask created termina within that shadow place. link is alive. the happy mask salesman is a projection from majoras subconscious to save itself. he is the only one in hyrule that loves masks the most and majora would naturally feel a sense of security

    yeah I like your theory better its obvious link isnt dead for multiple reasons one being that he gets reincarnated others being that most of the time in loz games if you fall it does 1 heart of damage max well I want more stuff like this continue the good work

    yep. i think majora could see hyrule from the shadow world it was trapped in and decided to create its own version with the images of hyrules people. the happy mask salesman was probably its favorite since he loved masks and majoras mask is also a mask.

    it would explain why he disappeared into thin air at end. if the happy mask salesman was someone mm created in order to feel loved... he was really a projection of majora (terminas version).
