    You can be them by the lake near the entrance of Noctilum. It's in Primordia. Just fast travel to the closest probe you have to Noctilum and then go directly backwards away from Noctilum and you'll find the lake. Just go around the lake and collect the items. You should have enough anhydrous radiators in about a minute since they're REALLY common in the area.

    Yeah, basically just fast travel to the probe nearest to Noctilum and then go straight backwards. Then just keep collecting the items near the lake until you find the amount you need. It's really easy to get them because they're REALLY common in that area.

    You can still go there. It's in Primordia and it's not like it's blocked off by a level barrier. Just walk or run your way to there and you'll be able to make it to the lake in tact. Plus, you'll get an easy probe if you do go the distance. ;)
