  • I remember when that was considered a pocket size game system, I will admit though, it was easier to fit than its two competitors AtariLynx & SegaGamegear

  • Yes it was a brick, I've never held one in my hand but the Turbo Express / PC engine GT was even bigger. I have a Lynx and only played it with an AC adapter as it just zapped the batteries.

  • SegaNomad was a behemoth as well. Nothing tops the wonderful Virtual boy system though. You needed a suitcase to carry it around and a table to stand it on. It should have launched with a wall power adapter.

  • Oh man I always wanted a Sega Nomad but never got the chance to pick one up. I don't think the Virtual Boy was meant to be a portable like the Gameboy, It's more like a Vectrex type of system.

  • Funny picture. Like your Hanna Barberra art style! Remember how Nomad's screen could display t.v. signals? Sometimes wish wii u gamepad could pull that off as well!

  • I had one of those after I traded a TurboGrafx 16 for a Game Gear, it was pretty cool but it lost it's appeal for me when I got a TV in my bed room, I eventually traded my GG for an Atari Lynx . If my memory serves me right the Japanese PSP slim had a digital tv tuner, not sure if that would work here in the states.
