  • Did you know that Charles Martinet (Mario's voice actor) speaks spanish? YT: Charles Martinet Joystickeros

  • I had to hear it to believe it, WOW! He is so fluent too! ¡No tenia idea! :O

    Yeahs1
  • Eso es porque vivió en España por algunos años. El solía visitar Chile a menudo, hace algunos años vino a firmar para los fans. Pude sacarme una foto con él y me firmó mi copia de Super Mario Galaxy.

  • NO MARIO! DON'T DO IT!

  • Así es, él es súper cool. Estuvo más de 7 horas con los fans (eso me tardé esperando en la fila) recuerdo que hice amigos ahí por el aburrimiento. Has progresado tanto en el español que [cierta persona con peinado extraño] quiere construir un [cierta estructura hecha con ladrillos] alrededor tuyo (?) Ya no se puede ni bromear acá...

  • "Borrado por el administrador." Oh no! ¿Y SIETE HORAS?! ¡Dios mío! Jajaja, ¿valió la pena? Unfortunately, the second paragraph got lost in translation, I can't quite understand, tell me in English, por favor? :)

  • You have progressed a lot in your spanish language skills, so much that [A] wants to build a [B] around you.

  • Por supuesto, hice amigos, tomé fotos y conseguí un autógrafo. Además quedaba cerca de mi casa.

  • Ahhhh ya entiendo. Badmins borró mi contexto ;) Es almost like they want to build a wall between a certain topic...

  • Y gracias! Spanish grammar is so different. Though I wonder why we never just scrapped the word "and" for "y" jajaja. "Y" is just so much better and more easy.

    Yeahs0
  • I never thought about it before... I think is because English is consonant oriented rather than vowel oriented... I think... The word in English that annoys me is "queue" For a spanish speaker is like "Keh-uh-eh" But it's just "q"

    Yeahs0
  • the funny part no one knows how to actually spell that word LOL. The only time I ever see that word is in theme parks. I just looked it up, it comes from French. (Had a feeling they have that queoooo sound going on jajajaja.

    Yeahs0
  • I forgot to add we ALSO use the word "cue" much more (meaning to signal someone "That's your cue!") Both words sound the same but queue just looks like a mess LOL.

  • My brain hurts a bit now.
