I'm gonna be honest here, I NEVER liked the castle theme from NSMBWii, NSMB2 & NSMBWiiU. It's just so bland and feels like there's no spirit or energy at all. The original castle theme from New Super Mario Bros on the DS was so much better, Capturing the true essence of how evil Bowser really is. Why they changed it for the rest of the series, I'll never know.

    i know right. i really liked nsmb ds version of the castle music. it was like the castle music in super mario world but not exactly like the super mario world castle music.

    I know right? It's on par with Bowser's road from Super Mario 64, Super Mario Galaxy & the final boss battle in New Super Mario Bros Wii.

    I actually agree with you. The castle theme is kind of bland. Now the Fate of the Universe theme from Mario is a great final level theme.
