Shapes of Gray

So I beat the 2nd part of Shapes of Gray and am assuming the third is achieved by finishing the arcade challenges for both parts...Not sure if I care to put the time in to do that though:/ Also, that narration at the end sounded like Andrew Eisen... Was it?
