    Paper and something to draw with (pencil, pen, marker, whatever is comfortable to you). Or you could invest in a drawing app/game like Pokemon Art Academy for the 3DS or Art Academy for the Wii U. Both methods are good, because as long as you're drawing, you're improving in some way no matter what.
