This bug can go home. Spent an hour looking for this one and it was outside the tavern and not at the lake. The map wasn't much help unless you looked deep.

    I lucked out and accidentally found that one while I was still exploring the town before going to the lake. Then I spent a few seconds wondering why I couldn't pick up the light it dropped.
