Ok 1st off how in da world r me and the rest of my dogs supposed to use Nintendo Zone if its discontinued? Nintendo honestly your going downhill. Hello There!!

A few things.. the Nintendo Zone service is not discontinued like a lot of people have been pointing out, it is just the app! So in all the places listed where your Nintendo Zone app used to glow blue when you were in the stores, you will still get streetpasses and spotpass data in your games and Mii Plaza there automatically.. sometimes you just have to wait a few minutes!

...if you don't get Streetpass and Spotpass data automatically in those stores then you might have to agree to their internet service agreement first! As long as you see the indication that you have internet access in those stores then go into your Internet Browser and it will automatically connect you to that stores WiFi homepage.. look for a "I Agree" button for their Internet Terms Of Service!

...click on the "I Agree" and it should connect you to their network! Here is another important point, after that, exit OUT of your Internet Browser and wait on the Home Menu until you see your LED light glow blue/green a few times.. after that.. voila.. you should have new Streetpass and Spotpass Data in your games upon your next use if you come across people that have the games you do!

...you can only get 6 Miis per location though and they have to have Streetpass and Spotpass activated in the games you also have to get their data. You should get them in your Mii Plaza as well as long as they have their Miis set to "roam". Here in Canada, Best Buy connects automatically but at McDonalds & Starbucks/Chapters you have to go into the internet browser first, & click "I Agree"!

...As far as I know, here in Canada all Future Shop locations are closed unless they are in a place that doesn't have a Best Buy but even then they should have been converted to a Best Buy as Best Buy owned them anyways! I didn't know about Nintendo Zone being at Home Depot.. I must try it there sometime. Here in Canada, Nintendo should really partner with Tim Horton's now for their free WiFi!

Benefits of going to a Nintendo Zone location.. you get Streetpass and Spotpass data from 6 Miis per location! More locations? Go to each one to get more! You can then use the data in supported games that you and the Miis share, especially in Mii Plaza for puzzle pieces, Find Mii etc. The Miis will also show up in your Mii Plaza and add to your Mii Plaza population! It is worth your while!

As long as you have the locations listed in Amy's list in your Country, they should work. The only thing is, National Streetpass Weekend would be for your country/zone only (ie: for me, North America) whereas when they have International Streetpass Weekend, they open it up for the world! This really helps getting some of the achievements in Mii Plaza and other pluses for other games!

Sorry for the multiple posts but I hope this info helps everyone out that cares to check back here! Another little tip.. in each Nintendo Zone location you can only get 6 Miis per location & your system can only have 10 Miis stored per time like is limited in Streetpass anyways so after that, play the games with those Mii's data and then continue on in the same day to other locations to get more!

One final comment that only 1 other person from here in Canada touched on.. limiting this National Streetpass Weekend to only 3 days from March 25th to March 27th during Easter put 2 of those days on Good Friday & Easter Sunday in which most stores are closed or people would be busy with their families leaving mainly only that Saturday for people to go out to the locations normally! I missed out!

I just thought about one more tip about Nintendo Zone locations.. not only will you get Streetpass and Spotpass Data while you are there but as I already mentioned, you can use the Internet Browser while you are there too and browse the Internet but you can also play games there too that have an online portion and check stuff/get stuff while you are there (e-Shop?), Mario Kart 7 etc.
