  • Check out Gumshoe on the NES. It's a unique Zapper game.

  • Cool! I have my Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, and PS4 hooked up to my 4K TV, but I have several standard def TVs that I use exclusively for older consoles. I gotta have a way to play me some Duck Hunt!

  • No, Gumshoe is a very old "black box" NES game from 1985. No one ever really talks about it, but I think it's fun and unique!

  • Why can't light guns work on HDTVs, is it because of the large pixel count? Or maby the shape of the screens?

  • It's because HDTVs use a completely different technology than CRTs. The light gun responds to frames emitted by the cathode ray (the CR in CRT).

  • My HDTV has two HDMI and two AV. It supports 720-4KP. It is a Panasonic. I have my cable box hooked up to HDMI1, my Wii U hooked up to HDMI2, my dad's VCR hooked up to Video1 and the Wii hooked up to Video2. So I can't play my SG/MD, A20600, or NES much.

  • Do you keep the Wii just to play Gamecube discs? That's why I didn't get rid of mine when I bought the Wii U.

  • Yep. I don't want to remove my GCN from my shelf. I have it neatly tucked in there, and I don't want to have to redo it. I have PAC-MAN V.S., PMW2, Star Wars: Rouge Leader, MKDD, and...and...Shadow the Hedgehog. Yes. I know what your thinking. I STILL can't believe I bought that game.

  • Oh, and ofcourse, my FAVORITE; Ocarina of Time w/ MQ!!! No matter how many times I play OoT and OoT3D, I JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH!!!

  • No judgement from me...I have that game, too! As much as I love Sonic, I think SEGA should have laid him to rest after the Dreamcast died. His games have been very hit and miss ever since.

  • +Boy Wonder: Yeah. I partally agree. My favorite is Sonic 2, but I can't beat the game because the Sky Fortress zone is BROKEN!!! One modern Sonic game I enjoyed was Sonic Colors. But NOT Sonic Lost World or Boom.

  • +Boy Wonder: I really didn't like StH. The controls were horrible(although at the time I was using a 3rd-party GCN controller), you Homing Attack would never work. And what's with Shadow saying "Damn," and "Hell"?

  • My favorite Sonic game is Sonic CD for the SEGA CD. It's good at causing epileptic seizures.
