    even if you really wanted it, it couldn't happen. toby fox said that the program he uses (game maker) doesn't export to any console other than pc and ios/android devices

    If he was to port it to the 3DS, he'd need to export the entire game again on a different engine as @aeris said about Game Maker, you can't port to the 3DS on it. If it was ported, it'll most likely encounter graphical glitches, etc. So, nope.
