This is a great example. Which Hero are they talking about here. I just take it as, They never really had a Timeline pre-orcestrated before they created these Legends. So they must just want you yourself to choose which "Hero" they are referring too. In my case its the Hero of Time. He's by far the best incarnation of Link in my opinion.
