    The game even suggests you use Attack Power Up... lol. For me, I only used Attack Power Up and Mega Start along with Mega Rayquaza, two of my strongest Fairy types, and Marill (because it shows up as a disruption). If you're not that far in the game yet, use whoever's your strongest super effective team, and use Attack Power Up, Disruption Delay, and Mega Start. Moves +5 is optional.
