I don't know if want Undertale on consle or just buy it on Steam. Don't know what to choose, wait until it's on consle or buy it on Steam. The negative side of UnderTale on consle would be that it will take many, many (probably never) years but at least I can play it anyone. Buying it on Steam, Need a new computer because my can't download games but at least it's in full screen.
