HELP!!! HYRULE HOTFOOT

hyrule hotfoot is the last piece of heart i need but he won't give me it please tell me what im doing wrong

it was actually the one at the (eastern palace?) not sure but i checked there to make sure i got that one and the wall wasn't blown up so ima have to close comments sorry and bye
