You have to fall off the ledge, but not completely. What I mean is is that when you're hanging off of the ledge, you know how you can hop left and right? There's a small indent or lip inside the wall where you're supposed to hop your way across while hanging onto the ledge.

Yes, that's what I meant. Now just hop across If you want to for an added bonus: the chest that's near by you in the center with the pool of water. Get up the same way you did for that tower, but use the spinner on the little wall that connects one tower to the other. I thought I'd tell you because that chest I thought was really jerkish.
