You can control the little wieght statue with the staff. And in the boss key room you use the grappling hook to pull the metal shell of the turtle creature and use it as a wieght.

Thats not the last room. The last room has axes flinging from the cieling and spikes spinning side to side in a long hallway. Good luck friend.
