Part 2! It took me about 4 hours of hunting for Kangaskhan over about a week before I finally caught one. Luckily for me, my brother, somehow, was able to randomly catch a Tauros in only one Safari Ball. I believe Kangaskhan is a 4% encounter chance in Area 2, and Tauros is 4% in Area 4. I'm pretty sure Pinsir and Scyther are hard to catch too. If you have Yellow, then it'll be easy for you.
