Two Pokémon I'd say are the hardest to catch in Red and Blue are Kangaskhan and Tauros in the Safari Zone. Kangaskhan is in Area 2, pretty much to the right from the entrance, and Tauros is in Area 4, the one where the Secret House is. A good strategy is to throw one rock then throw Safari Balls, but even then it will take a very long time, unless you're lucky. Part 2 of this topic coming soon!
